AS A BUYER, THERE IS SO MUCH TO NAVIGATE

I will help you with everything, even finding the right lender and the pre-approval process.

I do all the research for you and show up with a folder chock-full of everything you need to know about the houses we are scheduled to see. Don't you just love a good spreadsheet?

​

Once you find a property you're excited about, I will help connect you with insurance brokers to help you get quotes. We will also consider HOA rules & regs, local comps, flood zones, etc. to make sure you and your lender are satisfied with the purchase and that our offer is a good one.

​

Once the offer is accepted and signed, I will work directly with your loan officer and lender to provide all the information they may need about the property, and to make sure they stay on schedule.

​

I'll also help you schedule termite inpsections, appraisals, surveys and home inspections.

​

I'll connect you with a title company or closing attorney who will manage the sale and make sure you are protected as the new owner. 

​

And, I'll help you with utility contacts to make sure you have power and water on move in day, and that t things like garage door openers, mail box keys, security codes and keys to your home are available at closing.

​

Last year, 32% of  homes were puchased by FIRST-TIME BUYERS. I really enjoy working with first-time buyers and am very patient and enjoy teaching you about the entire process. I welcome first-time buyers -you're in good hands with me and no question is ever wrong.
