My Background

My claim to fame? I am the Best-Selling Author of two parenting books and a parenting radio show on Sirius Satellite. To date, neither of my kids have been arrested – so I guess I gave pretty good advice. I spent 20 years in the Atlanta area where I raised my children and worked in the field of Digital Marketing and writing for the company that manages Baby Einstein and most of the baby products you'll find in large retail stores. So when you're shopping in the baby or toy aisle at Target or Walmart - my words are on many of those boxes. I've spent my entire career working in the field of corporate marketing in the headquarters for ABC/Disney Channel, and major retail manufacturers as well as advertising agencies. These are just some of the experiences that have made me an expert marketer. I approach my real estate career and clients with the same corporate approach, attention to detail, great follow-up, preparation, and plenty of research and information.

My Family

Our daughters graduated from the University of Alabama in 2023 – so, Roll Tide! My daughter works here at WKRG-TV in Mobile. And both our sons have their own Charter Fishing Business here in Orange Beach. So if you want a great day of fishing here on the Gulf Coast, just ask!

I’m a Local

After losing my husband to cancer in 2016, I began rebuilding my life when I met a dentist from Gulf Shores. After dating long-distance between Gulf Shores and Atlanta, I decided to spend the summer here, and of course, it didn’t take long to fall in love with the beautiful Gulf Coast (oh, and the dentist too). It’s the same story you’ll hear from many of our clients – they come for vacation, fall in love and never leave. Now I get to have this experience over and over with my clients who also find this beautiful area and never leave.

From my own personal experience, I cannot express enough how the lifestyle here is here is simply unbeatable! The beauty of this beach and that emerald-green water and white sand is truly the recipe for paradise. There's world-class fishing and any water activity you can imagine.   There is ALWAYS something to do here:  Concerts at The Wharf and the Florabama, Art and Seafood Festivals happen from spring to fall, the restaurants are amazing, the Blue Angels roar overhead when you least expect it, and the weather is a dream. I am a member of a Mardi Gras Krewe, which is a pretty big deal here on the Gulf - and in fact, will be Queen in 2024-2025.
